Yes agree with Alick300, As far as I know, Google doesn't take any notice of case in search terms.  Maybe the odd situation i.e. readability as far as the end user is concerned on content quality.  Google does take notice of bad grammar and punctuation. Just a note of caution, be careful with acronyms.  You may find that the acronym is also used by different industry something entirely different.  Make sure it is very clear what you are talking about in your page content, ideally explain the acronym.
