Google Knowledge Graph Missing Telephone Information/Multiple Locations
Hi Tim, In addition to that important link Dmitrii has shared, things to consider: Be sure each location has its own local phone number Be sure each location has its own landing page on the website, featuring that number Be sure citations for each location clearly, consistently feature that number on the major platforms. Differentiation of locations and consistency of data likely play a role in Google's trust.

Is it bad I have a cluster of canonical urls that 301 re-direct?
Hi Dmitrii, Thank you! I totally agree. After writing this question out, I knew it would be just as confusing for bots. The request for change has been submitted to my team.

Why is Google ranking irrelevant / not preferred pages for keywords?
OK, I can't imagine that the duplicate content across the two sites is causing Google to miscategorize the page<>keyword relationship. They deal with that all the time on ecommerce sites that all share product descriptions, and typically have no problem ranking a variety of ecommerce sites for the correct keywords. Assuming there's no major duplicate content onsite, then my next thought would turn to the actual onpage targeting. EG - is the title tag stuffed or very clearly written, is there more than a few variations of the core keyword on that page in non-duplicated text, are images optimized at a basic level, etc. Perhaps try adding unique product descriptions to a handful of the pages that Google is having trouble with, and test to see whether that 'resets' how the pages are getting ranked? The other thing that comes to mind is the custom CMS - that can very easily screw up a bunch of stuff. So - this may or may not be a moot issue by February.

Drop in Organic Traffic for Homepage and Branded terms but Steady in Rankings and According to WMT.
Hi Dirk, Thanks for the response! After performing several crawls for tracking code, we did find numerous duplicate URLs existing with tracking codes. As of September, they started showing up in GA with low traffic, but by end of October, it was evident that they were splitting organic traffic from root url. We are in process now of cleaning up. We are hoping this will resolve it. However, we think the damage might have been slightly done and we may have to kiss some panda butt to get back into good favor. We are just now starting to see drops in page rank due to this.

How can we provide geo-detection without hurting SEO?
I dont link to use iframe at all, it repersents a different page. i woule just alter the layout depending on location, i would not worry about cloaking as you are not treating google the same as anyone else from that location, that is ok. It is onoy a problem when you are treating google different to other visiters simply becuase they are google

.CA site same as .com site - are both necessary?
Ryan, Your suggested use of Webmaster tools doesn't mesh with what Google says. "Sites with country-coded top-level domains (such as .ie) are already associated with a geographic region, in this case Ireland. In this case, you won't be able to specify a geographic location." In this case, the .ca site would already be recognized as "country specific" through its TLD & IP address at a Canadian host. While we could perform the same task for the .com site, that would equate to 'cutting off our nose to spite our face.' As I mentioned, we have .com rankings on Google.ca - not sure we want to suddenly cut that off by making the .com focused on US only. You may want to read up on it yourself: http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=62399 Thanks anyways!
