Deleting the duplicate posts works. If the post has to be kept in two places you could use rel="canonical" tag to let Google know which is the original version.

You said "it doesn't rank ANYWHERE on Google" are you sure it's indexed? or is it just not ranking for the keywords you want it to. Share the URL and we can help you.

Is this a new website or an old site? You could have been hit by algorithmic issues that Google has rolled out but don't play any influence in Bing, like Panda or Penguin. You could also be blocking Google from crawling your site in your robots.txt. I'd definitely sign up for  webmaster tools in Google if you haven't already and see if there are any issues they are reporting there. In short, with no information about your site, it's hard to give you a good answer, but I'd look at some of the points I mentioned and see if any are relevant.

Hi, What is the url of the site ? Also some addon questions: Are you indexed and you don't rank ? You don't rank at all or just very low ? Do you have any impressions for the site ? (in WMT or Ga search engine optimisation tab) Do your pages have a reason to rank ? (vs competitors. do you have anything extra, better then your competitors) Cheers.
