I was so interested in this question I called them!
I'd like to know in order to learn quickly and efficiently (time is money right?) and because I'm a social media trainer and would like to be able to help others.
Unfortunately I couldn't get an answer immediately, but hopefully someone will get back to me, so I'll let you know if I hear anything. In the meantime have you looked at this link?

It gives you access to training videos by SEO Moz (you'll need to purchase them) which might be useful, although they don't appear to provide answers on how to best use SEO Moz as a tool
