I agree with the above 2 comments, but it could also be because the pages are fairly fresh, and so need a little more time to build their page rank. I think it may also have something to do with the amount of traffic the pages actually get. You see it in blogs all the time. Some really popular* posts, can get decent page rank, whereas others don't, even when they are on the same level. *Popular through analytics, not from comments or links, but merely traffic. Maybe Google notices them more. Maybe link juice is more powerful if users go through the link. Who knows.

Hi Kyle, Thanks for writing in and sorry for the confusion. Our system is only able to export 25 links from each linking root domain so, if one root domain (including your own) has a large number of links, you wouldn't be able to export all of the links from that domain. Because of the discrepancy between the number of links we are exporting and the total number of links you are seeing in Open Site Explorer, it sounds like there are several site that have a very large number of links to your site. This Whiteborad Friday blog post might be able to help. This clip helped us to cope and understand the post-panda environment. Combine the video with the data showing the falling rankings as proof that traditional SEO methods that get low quality links are no longer effective. Showing them other articles and videos on the changes since panda/penguin might also help to change their perspective. They may be finding it hard to change methods and tactics because it has worked well for them in the past. Convincing them that their techniques are no longer viable can be quite difficult as they probably still believe that old methods are still the best. Perhaps if you compile a lot of articles or videos from top SEO experts, then perhaps they  would come around an decide to change gears with their SEO campaign. Hope this helps.
