if that also is an option i would choose that one: joomlatraining.com URL's with seperated words by a minus sign (if you use to many minus signs) might be interpreted as keyword spamming. i think that would be the most obvious one.

Hi Alex, These awesome guys are right. The SEOmoz PRO platform automatically runs an on-page report for any of your managed keywords that shows up in the top 50 of your chosen search engine, for the URL that is displayed in search results. This is not necessarily the page you tried to optimize for. So, if your homepage is ranking for "keyword a" instead of homepage.com/keyword-a, SEOmoz will run a report for your homepage instead. The good news is, you can set the report to run for any keyword/URL combination you like. The instructions are here, about 1/2 down the page... http://www.seomoz.org/help/on-page-reports Now, the advanced SEO question is... why is your homepage ranking above your optimized page? Thank you algri. I wouldn't do that. I think I did something like that a long time ago, but "natural" is a much better thing to do now. That is what google might call "doing something for the search engines," rather than "doing something for your readers." If your page is really about that keyword, then I believe you would be better off getting that keyword into your page headline, which would be in the H1. What you are doing is manipulating the power of the H1 to achieve your SEO goal, whereas you should be doing it for your reader, but structuring it so it works for the search engine as well. I would change what you have.

Not all of them, sometimes you can gain follow links. It is possible from forums, profiles and other content. That is really hard work, but I have a big collection of Polish and other countries trust rank profiles with follow:-) Few examples of my links: Mozilla.org (mR -4.84, DA - 100 ) blog.onet.pl (mR - 5.62, DA - 89 PR - 6) forum.idg.pl (mR - 5.17, DA - 85 PR - 6) blog.interia.pl (mR - 5.06, DA - 83 PR - 6) and a lot of other, it is need time for sculpting only but it is handful in many projects, so this is no time lost you can try in Germany, good luck Alex
