Hey Kristopher Penguin is part of the algorithm and as such, you won't receive a notification. If you do get a dodgy link message then it means you have been manually flagged which can be worse. There are a handful of Social media websites that offer do follow links, like the newer Pinterest business page, or a Crunch Base page. I have even come across people that have do follow links from the Flickr profile that has a Page rank of 5. I agree that I don't want to waste to much time on this, but I have seen some people that have taken this idea to a whole new level.

Can you make your website title related to your content. If its not possible can you possible can you add more content. Is your title is keyword stuffed ? Is it look like title really ? Can you share URL with us ?
