Usage of keywords in URL

Thanks for the replies! I believe Google makes matching keywords bold in the URL, so it can be good for the CTR. Which URL do you think is best for the keyword personal trainer software for both SEO purposes and CTR? yourdomain.com/business/personal-trainer-software yourdomain.com/software/personal-trainer-software yourdomain.com/software/personal-trainer Seems like most people would recommend going for option 1?
