Kevin it is all about quality vs. quantity but don't let anyone tell you the quantity doesn't matter... We are quickly moving up the rankings by doing a combination of Social Media Bookmarking, Video SEO, Article Writing,  Blogs, RSS submissions etc. I suggest you try a campaign involving those for starters and then maybe issue a PR via PRWEB. One challenge we face is one of the top ranking sites we are trying to beat is building 3K + links a month... Hard to compete with that so we are just doing as much as we can and focusing on quality first. 6 months is good. Build out as much content and get the leg work started ASAP. Best of luck!
