Customer Reviews inputted by a single person
Hi Rob, This is one of those issues where I have mixed feelings. Google's John Mu definitely stated that Google views testimonials and reviews as different, and here is some discussion surrounding his comments about this: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/webmasters/wY1vF2RRos4/discussion http://www.localsearchforum.com/google-local/26385-say-what-google-says-dont-add-review-markup-your-customer-reviews.html https://plus.google.com/+JoyHawkins/posts/J6772rFU1VG So, where do I personally fall in on this? Seeing John Mu recommend removal of markup is a pretty strong recommendation and as I always advise complying with Google's guidelines, I would typically agree with this, but at this point, the grey area for me is that I've not seen this become an official guideline, so there's some uncertainty on this. I know I am still seeing local business sites with testimonial markup and I would be surprised if they are actually being penalized for this, but, at the same time, John's comment has mostly called into question whether there is any value at all in making this effort to markup testimonials. It simply may not be worth it, but I say that with the proviso that it will not surprise me one little bit to see Google change their stance again on this next week, next month, next year. So, that's pretty much where I am with this. Hopefully reading the above discussions will help you form an educated opinion.

How long should an old site redirecting to a new site remain activated on a server?
301 redirects are called permanent, but that's not really the case. They are permanent only as long as they are in place. If you want to see this, do everything as Andy said and then remove the redirect. You'll notice your traffic drop and when you put the redirects back the traffic will recover. Go ahead and do this every year and you'll see that each time it drops. We've dealt with drops that happened from domains that haven't been active in over 5 years, so as EGOL alluded to, keep them forever.

Duplicate Page Titles
Hi Erin, I have a similar problem with HubSpot they have Page Titles all the same which we an only set once for Blog Topics. So all the Blog Topics are "Know-How Makes the Difference" (Marketing!). Hubspot then set each Topic page's canonical link to point to the main blog page, however Moz picks up that all of the topic pages have duplicate titles. Does this effect ranking in any way? and is it right that Moz points this out since the canonical link is set? Any clarity here would be much appreciated. Dave

How does SEOmoz pull its duplicate page title and content information?
Hi Janelle, When I copy and paste the URL you supplied above http://www.robots.com/applications/abb/panasonic/robots I get a page to come up. So this page does exist somewhere. Even if you can't navigate to it from the standard nav bar on your site it may be linked in your sitemap or in other dynamically generated places. Looks like you need to map out your URLs and find the places where weird ones are still getting indexed and clean them up.
