On our site, we have summary pages for our blog and articles section. We have used both the rel="canonical" & Use rel="next" and rel="prev" links to indicate the relationship between component URLs. However, in the SEOmoz tool and also in google analytics we still get these pages marked as errors for duplicate page titles. Do we just have to accept that they are always going to pull those as errors, but know that we have done everything we can? Or is there something else I can do?

Customer Reviews inputted by a single person
We send out a product review survey through an email after a purchase has been made. It is okay that we input those in manually ourselves when they are returned? They are legitimate reviews. I want to make sure it doesn't send a red flag to search engines since the same person inputs them from the same computer and IP address.
Thanks in advance for your inputs.
