Why aren't links to my site from YouTube showing up in my link reports?
You might also want to make sure those / any links are cached in Google by doing a cache:siteurl.com to see if the Google cache of that page has your link in it. As long as it shows up there, it will show up in these links reports overtime. Also, I would like to take the opportunity and suggest not to "over-do" any one kinds of links.
