Great question Jonathan! Unfortunately there is currently no way to run an export in the KWD tool when multiple keywords are submitted in the same query. I can see this being a useful feature though. I believe this has been requested in our Feature Request forum before, but I recommend heading in there and either submitting a new request or voting up the existing one. Our Product team checks this regularly and uses it to plan our future roadmap.
