Local Address for International Business?
I visited your site and saw how the local "Irish address" has been removed. Did you see changes? On the other hand, remember that a migration (especially from http to https) always has a period when traffic goes down. Finally, I suggest you to consider others things that maybe are pushing Google improving your IE traffic and devaluate your USA/UK one: backlinks. Is your link profile mostly composed by backlink from Irish websites? If it is so, that an extremely strong geotargeting signal, and you should have to start earning links and brand awareness also in USA and UK.

My local traffic has increased but USA traffic decreased..I dont know why!!
Let's remove all possible instances in which you might been seen as targeting Ireland. It sounds like the https caused a reclassification of the site. Second question, did you add the https in Search Console? Do you have both there and both are geo-targeted to the US?

Why is our website not generating organic traffic?
We;ve found that the large dip in traffic coincides with the change from http to https, but as far as we can see we've done everything correctly when making the change.

Mobilegeddon subpages
Thumbs up to Tom. I'd only add that Analytics will tell you much in terms of priorities. From there you can see what percentage of your traffic was/is mobile to begin with and how mobile effects the conversion cycle. Often times the same users begin their research on mobile devices but then move to Desktop or Tablet to purchase. The basic idea being, you can get a solid estimate on your own cost/benefit by running through Analytics. Cheers!

Cant find link google are saying is inserted
Hi John, Beside the great points mentioned before these suggestions might help you. I ones saw a few inserted casino / gambling URL’s pop up in a Google Analytics reports. Might be worth your time to check if there are any new URL’s created. Run some security scans on your site to find any vulnerabilities that might have caused the hack. Since you didn’t find it in your database, you could check for any hard coded links with the search through files option in Notepad. If the link is hard coded you should be able to find it. If you are using a CMS like Wordpress, check if all your plugins and themes are up to date. Poor maintenance could have caused the security breach. If your website is hacked, could it be that the hacker changed links to prevent an easy discovery? Might extent your search to more generic spam terms. As Dirk said, don’t wait too long solving this issue. If you are depending on your SEO and you can’t fix this issue within days I would rather hire an expert then wait a few weeks. Goodluck!

Https Loss of Search traffic
I would also set up your HTTPS site as a new one in Google Webmaster Tools and Bing Webmaster Tools (Bing automatically does it), but set it up in GWT. Once you have done that, make sure your sitemap is added and crawled again. Get GWT to crawl the sitemap again from your non HTTPS account too, so redirects are recorded.

One page sites
Hi there, thanks for your question! Speaking of questions, I have one of my own. What do you mean by "lower pages" when you ask "What is the best method to getting the lower pages indexed?" I am asking for clarification as you have a one-page site, which shouldn't have lower pages. Christy

Good internal linking
Hello John, Internal linking is fairly important aspect of your SEO strategy, although predominantly from a crawling and accessibility perspective. It also ensures that you do not create a "spider trap" (a scenario where Googlebot gets trapped crawling your website due to cyclical linking patterns) which can cause it to de-index your work. This is an extreme case and the algorithms that guide the process are getting better but it still helps to make your site as open as possible. I will start with some general sources on internal linking: http://moz.com/learn/seo/internal-link - General Overview and Beginners Guide http://moz.com/blog/smarter-internal-linking-whiteboard-friday - Guide to Internal Linking Best Practices (Oldie but a Goodie) http://moz.com/webinars/internal-linking-a-scientific-scalable-approach - Detailed and Lengthy Explanation Start with these 3 resources - each of them contain further sources for future study which will help you with your strategy. There isn't anything particularly difficult about internal link-building, you just have to keep plugging away. Hope this helps and feel free to fire some questions in my direction. Rob

Rank product pages
I would add to Rob's suggestions that you need to make sure you have user generated content on these pages. If you do not add reviews to your pages you will have a very difficult time ranking. You will have to make sure that you have something uniquely valuable to offer your customers, something they can't find on any other site, and that is why user generated content is so important on product pages. You can only rewrite a product description so many ways. Chances are, your static content will not provide anything to a customer they can't find elsewhere. With a low DA in a competitive market, UGC is your best friend. I would also add that it helps to have a video or two on your product pages. Add a video on how the product works or record an in house review of the product. It will really help your rankings and user experience.

I am launching an international site. what is the best domain strategy
Suggesting subfolders without considering the peculiarities of the site jusrt because it's a "best practice" is not the ideal thing to do. Even if subfolders have sure advantages, their use can be not technically affordable or even good for effectiveness.

What are effective ways of finding people to link to my blog post?
Hi John, Here are a few reasons why you got a "0 percent link acquisition rate": The email pitches are all self-promotional (doesn't add any value to the recipients). You may want to try sending an email and just simply describing your content, then ask the target if he wants to see the page. Give him the link (if the content is uniquely useful, he will not hesitate to link to you). The potential linker is not interested to your content (you need to qualify your list of link prospects before sending emails to them). Make sure that the people you want to reach out to are interested to see, share and even link to your content. No pre-engagement activities. Tap into the radars of your target linkers first. Comment on their latest blog posts (with value-added insights) and subscribe to their email lists. This way you can increase the odds of getting a link from the prospect since you're not a stranger anymore to him/her. Check out this resource for more tips. Happy linking!

Links not appearing in Moz tool
I tend to use all Moz OSE, Webmaster tools and Majestic Crawler simultaneously to get the bigger picture as they all seem to pick up different links sometimes, Just a thought, James
