HI John, Well you never can check if it's absolutely correct but you're following the best practices for creating pagination. The only thing I would add are the rel next and rel previous tags Google released a while ago. They tell them that there can be more related content be found and also tell them on how to use switch between the pages. If you want to check who "copied" your content you can use - as told by the others - Copyscape. Or, you can use Google itself. Pro Tip: set search in order to show you 100 search result per time; tell Google to show you also the results it may have filtered out for being "substantially identical" to the ones it is showing you already; use the scraper extension for Chrome and scrape the Google results and export them in Google Docs, so to start analyzing the site that are scraping your content if the content you write is copyrighted, you can ask Google to deindex the site scraping it in order to defend your rights as the original Author.

Thank you! But old pages still alive but they were removed from my sitemap. Should I use redirect 301? Old URLs still alive because I code by php and use ID to link a content. eg: old URL: http://www.vietnamvisacorp.com/faqs/what-is-vietnam-visa-on-arrival--115.html still alive but it was removed from sitemap new URL: http://www.vietnamvisacorp.com/faqs/what-is-the-vietnam-visa-on-arrival---voa-to-vietnam--115.html, I have just replaced the old URL by new URL on my website as well as on my sitemap

403 Forbidden is coming now for DMOZ.org. I am not sure if we need to list our website in DMOZ, my company website https://www.sellbuystuffs.com seems to be not listed there, and not sure how to add the listing.

No, there is a submit option in Google Webmaster Tools under Health -> Fetch as Google. You can also just point some links to it from a few social bookmarking sites. If you're using Wordpress, you can include a few ping services to notify under your Writing settings: http://onlinewebapplication.com/wordpress-ping-optimizer/#comment-38368
