Hi there, In answer, to identify technical SEO issues, we couldn't recommend enough the SEO Site Audit training from Moz. Honestly great stuff, and better than we've seen with competitors. (No, we're not affiliated!) To troubleshoot technical SEO issues, though, is a different matter. This is when you would need a developer, or agency, most likely, and the involvement would vary of  course. Best, Zack
