Penalized for Duplicate Page Content?
Hi Andrea! You will not be "penalized" for duplicate content, but Google probably won't be indexing pages seen as duplicates in their search results. If you are optimizing those category pages for specific keywords, then you will need each category page to have content that is mostly original and unique on each. If you really only have one of those pages optimized and the others are there mainly to help the user on your site, you can use a rel=canonical tag to "tell" Google which version of the page (the specific category page) you wish to display in search results. Let me know if that helps! If not, ill try to eloborate

When creating parent and child pages should key words be repeated in url and page title?
That might be splitting hairs but if I were to choose, I'd point them at which ever had the stiffest competition--if that were the parent, I'd point the sub pages back to it; if one of the sub pages has the toughest go of it, I'd consider daisy chaining them. Some of the value of that linking would probably depend on how evenly PR is spread between the pages, the page's locations in the site architecture, where the the links are located on the page, and whether such linking helps or hurts the conversion process, so ultimately, the desired value of such sculpting may be hard to realize. How can i embed my video into a table using SEO embed setting?
Hi Andrea, Unfortunately this is actually a bit of a front end development question that it's very difficult to answer without first having a look into your site and a specific example of what's going on. Any chance you could share a URL with us? I would imagine that the problem is either with the styling of the table, or some default settings in your CSS file related to the video embed. To fix it, you may just have to manually adjust the size of the video frame to match the table boxes, which you can do in the Wistia superembed interface. Thanks, Phil

How can I fix "Too Many On Page Links"?
I had the same problem and on some pages I still do, as mentioned above try to reduce useless links such as the one in the footer which may not receive much attention. Analyse it with in-page analytics and you will see if it's worth keeping them or not!

Should i fix 404 my errors?
I would do this. I personally don't think 250 404's is too much to knock out within a few hours. If you were in the thousands it would be a different concern. Use excel to make this faster and 301

Why is my blog out-ranking my main site?
I don't know if this is what you were going for or not, but I seriously am listening to Journey's Lovin', Touchin', Squeezin' right now and just read your post... either way, made me laugh. Mike

Can I put a video transcript into a title tag?
I agree with Dana. By far the best solution here is to include the transcript in the HTML.

Our rankings
Hi Andrea, First of all, I'm sorry to hear your rankings dropped. It's possible your site was hit by recent Penguin updates. Previous Penguin updates targeted entire domains, while the latest edition is said to target individual pages, which might make sense of why your blog is showing up above your main site. Regardless, it's likely one Google update or another targeted your backlinks (assuming you don't have any other issues plaguing your site) Regardless, the producer in these cases are always the same. !. If you haven't done so, do a full site audit to identify any problems. If you run a Moz campaign, much of this work is probably already done for you. http://moz.com/blog/how-to-perform-the-worlds-greatest-seo-audit 2. Look for messages from Google's webmaster Tools for clues as to what might be causing the issue. 3. Perform a link audit. There are two ways to do this, and you should likely do both: Manual: http://www.stateofsearch.com/step-by-step-guide-finding-low-quality-links/ Automated: There are several options, but my current favorite is called "Link Detox" 4. Work to remove any poison links and file a reconsideration request. 5. As a last resort, disavow any links you can't remove that you believe are hurting you. 6. Continue to build great content and high authority links. This is a lengthy process, but it's possible what caused your rankings to drop is fairly simple and you'll discover it early in the process. Best of luck!

Large number of pages crawled.
As Takeshi noted, you've got a lot of pages like this: http://printlabelandmail.com/home/answer-4-questions_06-2/ (look, you just earned a link. I don't do that for everyone. I'm not certain if that is actual content, but it's likely not what you want in terms of user experience. I'd search for where those pages are being generated from and try to root out the cause. Also, because you are using Wordpress, I highly recommend using Yoast's Wordpress SEO plugin. http://yoast.com/wordpress/seo/
