Website Snippet Update in Search Console?
Hi Jeremy, Sounds frustrating, have you submitted feedback for this result? If you do so, you can specify that the name is not correct and provide the accurate name. I've just submitted that feedback myself for you, I recommend you and DK Pittsburgh Sports provide the same feedback. At this point, there just seem to be a lot of signals indicating this is the brand name. Anchor text of links to the site (including the old domain which is redirecting here), online mentions using "DK on Pittsburgh Sports" (example #1) and company listings that still say "DK On Pittsburgh Sports (example). There are several years worth of content and links out there that indicate the brand is DK on Pittsburgh Sports. I think this is going to take time but you should focus on acquiring quality links using the current brand name as anchor text, seek out online company listings using the old name to update and even request that old articles be updated with the new brand name. Claim and verify your location in Google My Business and make sure that links to the current website (using the correct company name). I also suggest modifying your 'organization' schema to include the name field (current markup does not include that) and update the 'name' field in your website schema to "DK Pittsburgh Sports" as it currently reads "DKPittsburghSports.com". Hope this helps!

A semi client of mine reached out to me recently that another site scraped his whole site and traffic dropped significantly.
In addition to Russ's excellent advice, you can quickly and easily submit a DMCA takedown request to Google yourself - no need to pay for it. Follow the instructions for filling out the form very carefully https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/legal-removal-request?complaint_type=dmca&visit_id=1-636440705749643193-3331676266&hl=en&rd=1 Note this is to get the site removed from Google's index. To get it actually removed from the server, you'll need to serve the takedown notice to the host and the site owner - but folks who engage in this kind of fsckery usually do a good job of insulating themselves from such action. Get the site out of Google's index, then focus your energy on improving your own site. Good luck. Paul

Retargeting Providers in Healthcare
Jeremy- I recommend the Facebook ad network. if you're trying to avoid social, you can use the Facebook ad network, although the quality there tends to be weak. Maybe try Adroll.com also. I haven't used them in years, but when I did, they were able to tap into many of the networks through one platform.

Paying for Reviews Penalty?
Joy's advice actually provides point #5, Jeremy. Personally, I wouldn't recommend outing your own client for review spam, but in addition to consumers realizing reviews are fake, your client's competitors and their SEOs may realize it and report the reviews to the GMB forum or to a Top Contributor like Joy, etc. So, that would be a 5th point to raise with your client.

Google displaying SERP link in Japanese
Thank you. It appears to have corrected itself. Has anyone ever seen that happen before? That was strange. We didn't change anything that I know of. I set their targeted location to the US as that had not been done. That's about it. Thanks for taking the time to look.

What are suggestions for best paid advertising based on specific age? Facebook has age data. What else out there is reliable?
Matthew, this is a great article with great data. Kind of confirms what I was thinking but a great way to show it to the client. Very much appreciated.

Question about tools for closing a location and erasing it from existence.
Sorry. I was reading in the discussion and someone had suggested changing the phone number on the listing and then closing. I'm guessing this would remove the NAP match of the listing and take away some of the negative issues with closing the location? That was what I was referring to. I appreciate your help on this. I am definitely much more informed on this than before and I don't know that there is a clear answer. It may come down to what the business needs to do from a non-SEO perspective and then we just adapt. I can only inform them of the difficulties and risks involved. Thanks again.
