Could a sitewide footer EXACT MATCH anchor text link hurt or potentially penalize a site?
I agree Geoff - home should be home not "keyword phrase", but you can use keywords on other footer nav links if it makes sense from a user perspective, and again, purely within the site.

Why is either Rogerbot or (if it is the case) Googlebots not recognizing keyword usage in my body text?
Hey there, Sorry that you're getting some confusing On-Page reports. Since this is more of a help question, rather than an SEO questions, I am going to migrate this over to ZenDesk (our help ticketing system) and answer you there. You should receive an email once the ticket has been created with a link to the ticket itself. In the future, we recommend that you direct any questions about trouble shooting our software to help@seomoz.org so we can look into the problem for you. That's why the Help Team is here! :] Thanks, Chiaryn

Changing a "city" or "town" location in google maps
Hi Jbstr13, Oh, boy, I haven't seen one of these come up in awhile, but they do happen. Ryan has linked to the right starting point for you. Be advised - these things can really take some time to change. I'm actually dealing with a similar, though not identical, issue myself with a client. The roads were significantly changed in his part of Virginia 5+ years ago and the maps reflect the old roads...plus, the client is pinned in the wrong locale. For the sake of interest, here's my recent blog post on this in case you'd care to read it: http://www.solaswebdesign.net/wordpress/?p=1228 Also, Mike Blumenthal did a good series of posts back in 2010 about the 'lost' town of Rogers, MN that you might find interesting: http://blumenthals.com/blog/2010/03/17/google-maps-what-happens-when-you-loose-a-town/ Start at the link Ryan placed here and good luck!
