Hi Jayesh, A full crawl usually takes 1 week to update, but if you want to get a quick start on your campaign you can use the Crawl Test Tool to get started. You can also use this to run a crawl of sites that are not included in your campaigns. PRO members can schedule crawls with the Crawl Test Tool for 2 subdomains every 24 hours. You'll get up to 3,000 pages crawled per subdomain. When these crawls are finished, your reports are sent to your PRO email address. If the crawls in your Pro campaigns haven't updated after 7 days then you should contact the Help Team by emailing help [at] seomoz.org and ask them to check on the campaign for you. ABSOLUTELY NO SEO effect except if you Googling somone. If you are talking about using it as link building, it wouldn't have an effect. Everything Google does is a no follow. All this social media talk...... that doesn't make me money. It doesn't pay my bills. Yes it makes a little money, but I make more money from mobile search. You only have so much time in the day. Ask yourself these questions: Is Facebook, Twitter, or G+ going to pay your bills? None of those 3 are going to pay my bills the way SEO and Google Adwords do. Sh*t, my Adcenter campaigns make me more money than FB, Twittier and G+ combined. FOCUS ON WHAT WILL MAKE YOU MONEY.
