Link Building Issue
Hi there, Thanks for the question. I wouldn't worry as much about DA/PA as I would the relevance and "human" quality of a link. DA can be a great indicator of the authority of a domain, but remember that it's just one metric. If you are working through large lists of links, then filtering from highest DA to lowest can help you prioritise, but I wouldn't necessarily rule out links below a certain number. Hope that helps! COPIED CONTENT IS RANKING Above Orignal
"they'll often let a site with a stronger link profile win when there are two sites with the same piece of content" I agree with Kristina that the stronger site is usually the one that Google ranks better. Your question is one of copyright infringement. A few days ago I gave a detailed response to a similar question here. My response is "what we do"... the process might work for you or you might want to modify or develop your own method.. https://moz.com/community/q/competitor-using-our-product-descriptions

Rank Loss Analysis Tool
Hello Janki99, While I cannot recommend a system to track those metrics, I will suggest building backlinks to the content that your competitors with higher DA are now beating you at. If they have higher DA, one of the reasons is because of the number and quality of back links. They may even be able to garner more backlinks on the articles they wrote that displaced your ranking. So i would personally start a backlink campaign. First analyze the hanging fruit, then your competitors. Use OSE to find what backlinks to oyur competitors may be valuable to you. Thanks, Don Silvernail
