Hey! Good question and Mike's answer is partially right. In addition to their awesome turn around for transcriptions, Speechpad is also a great company and we like their values! So we decided to stick with them. Wistia launched their transcription service after we had been using Speechpad for a while, so rather than just jump ship on Speechpad we stuck with them because we think they are cool. We also think Wistia is the coolest ever and have stuck with them and will continue to until the world ends ;). What good is it to only see the first 25 links. Worthless Software

I'd export the links into excel each month and then use VLOOKUP to check which existed the previous month with those that didn't being the new links.
