Google uses a different algorithm to calculate rankings than Bing and Yahoo (Yahoo is now powered by Bing so both will always give the same results). While the many factors that both Bing and Google take into account might be similar they are not identical. What might get you hit with a Google penalty (and see your site wiped off the SERP map in Google) might have no effect in Bing. Could it be an exact match domain issue? Are you trying to rank for the keywords "Business Training Schools" or something pretty similar?

Thanks for the suggestion.. Through OSE I found few irrelevant back links to my site and those were linking through black hat SEO practices so I contacted those Webmasters to remove my site link from their site though I don't think links it will work because of incorrect email ids of contact person. Can you suggest me some other ways to disconnect those back links from my site?
