Hypothetical SEO Question
There is no "penalty" per say for duplicate content. But, if you have the same page in two places they will be competing for a spot in the SERPs. The best way to handle that is a cross domain canonical tag. I agree with Doug however. I think that there is more value having this information on your current site. Is there a particular reason you want them separate?

Questions Regarding Wordpress Blog Format, Categories and Tag pages...
Hi There To answer your first question about URL structure, I would see slides 12-15 in this Mozinar I did: http://www.slideshare.net/evolvingseo/hands-onwpseodanshure (you can also watch the whole Mozinar here). In short - if your site is mainly a blog, it's ok to do site.com/blog-post but if your site is a blog within a site you probably want to do site.com/blog/post-name You will want to 301 redirect the old URLs to the new one. I think it's worth it. For many answers about tags etc you can see my post about WordPress SEO here but in general; categories - index tags - noindex author archives - noindex for single author blog, index for multi-author with customized author pages dated archives - noindex subpages of archives - noindex You're not noindexing to avoid duplicate content, you're noindexing to avoid too many pages being indexed that don't need to be, and probably won't rank anyway

Tracking Numbers and Local Listings
Good Evening! The core problem with call tracking numbers is that they create data inconsistencies across the local search ecosystem which can result in a loss of trust on Google's part, a loss of rankings in the local search results and confusion on the part of customers. Google wants each local business to have a business name, address and local area code phone number (NAP) that is published with absolute consistency across the web. Call tracking numbers can completely mess up this consistency and are normally considered taboo in Local. Here are some good articles for you to read that talk intelligently about what you should and shouldn't do with call tracking numbers: http://blumenthals.com/blog/2013/05/14/a-guide-to-call-tracking-and-local/ http://localu.org/blog/truth-about-seo-call-tracking/ Stick by the advice these two authors provide and you should be in the clear. Hope this helps!

Mutliple Websites for Same Company (different areas of practice)
As long as you have a good content plan in place, you will be good. Already you don't have duplicate content. So no need to worry about the negative impact. If you want to increase SEO benefits then you need to show differences in several areas like tone, anchor texts, link sources, etc. Such practice will help to increase rankings of each site for a specific set of keywords.
