I have had the same issues and am still working on them but this tool http://linter.structured-data.org/ has help find markup that google validates but has Word copy and paste chars in it that cause errors.

Significantly changing the Page Title and H1 is working.  Second page now indexing after not indexing for some time.  Probably shoulda thought of that a long time ago but that noindex tag sidetracked me!

Thanks Phil! I was able to talk him into doing the much simpler SEO-friendly embed Wistia offers and just give me a text area in admin where I can drop Wistia embed code after I tweak the settings in SuperEmbed. I appreciate you taking the time to respond!

Totally agree.  It looks like they even post multiple times per day.  With that kind of content generation they make sure they are finding the pieces that connect with their customers.
