Will Google Continue to Index the Page with NoIndex Tag Upon Google +1 Button Impression or Click?
You could possibly have the +1 button point back to a page you want indexed like the homepage. So if someone clicks it, you still get the benefit but to a page you want in the index.

Any Case Study of Reversion of Canonicalization?
Only thing I can think of is Dr Pete's experiment - http://www.seomoz.org/blog/catastrophic-canonicalization - but that's not quite the same as the example you're proposing. I think you should still get a good idea of what happens after removing canonical tags though.

Is Unique Content in the First Fold Better than Below the Fold?
I would focus more on the structure/hierarchy of your pages. Your H1 tags (one and only one per page) should logically be placed above the fold to a user. This is just good page design. The H1 is an important tag to any search engine. Ironically, well designed web pages seem to have many correlating benefits to SEO. But as Himanshu indicates I don't know that Google actually calculates where the fold is. The first challenge is that they would have to parse the CSS stylesheets and actually calculate approximate position of the page elements relative to an assumed page fold. Another challenge is that for each site the demographics vary as to the fold of its typical users. For example when I look at pages on my iPhone or iPad it is drastically different than when I view them on my 30" screen attach to my laptop. I view certain web sites when I am mobile for entertainment and others at my desk as they are work related.

Are Content in Inline Javascript and Collapsible Considered Cloaking to Google?
So does content in Javascript and collapsible considered hiding from Google? No, that is fine. Cloaking is specifically showing different content to Google then you would to other users. Honest presentations of "read more" or not openly displaying content until a trigger button is pressed would be fine. Deceptively hiding content behind a button that would normally not be discovered or pressed would be an issue.

Will Google Visit Non-Canonicalized Page Again and Return Its Page's Original Ranking?
Hi Guys...sorry, one more question here. About the recovery of rankings for canonicalized page after removing canonical tag, the theories seem very true but are there any case studies or direct experiences which proves these theories?
