Typically, a site rebuild is required when: The site isn't performing well due to technical barriers (like it's been built in Flash and can't be indexed properly) The site isn't usable by humans (for example, it doesn't render properly for mobile users) The site isn't usable by the business (like there is no CMS for the business to use to build out content on the website without having to have help from a third party) Did the company that audited your website specify any of these problems in their recommendations or are you experiencing any of these issues? Did they provide details about what they meant by "modern standards"?
