Well, that was easy! I didn't even have to verify the new account, because we already have confirmed the main domain. I can see the rankings for only this subfolder etc so this was exactly what I wanted to do and see. Great!

RE: Google Webmaster Tools for subfolder
Thanks Oleg and Paul. Well, it's not really totally different project so subfolder is totally ok for this. Ok, I guess i'm ready to just test it and let's see how it goes.

Google Webmaster Tools for subfolder
I want to ask before I test it, because I can’t do the account myself and don’t want to even test it if this is not possible.
Can I add Google Webmaster Tools so that it includes only one folder (including its subfolders)? Of course I can do it, but does it then include all the data related the main domain or does it include data (rankings for example) that includes only the subfolder that I add to the Google Webmaster Tools account?
We have Google Webmaster Tools account to the main domain, like this http://www.domain.com but we are going to have totally different project that is in the same domain, but in subfolder like this http://www.domain.com/projectx/ and I would like to investigate Webmaster tools data that includes only this projectX (including subfolders), possible or not?
Thanks for all the help and tips.

RE: # in url affecting rank
I had similar question, but I found this discussion so won’t send my questions as a new one.
My questions was that is it a SEO (link juice) problem when we did 301 redirects from http://www.example.com/folder to http://www.anotherdomain.com/folder/#rdr=oldsite
We added the hash / parameter to get stats how many visits do we get from the old site now and in the future, and with the help of hash in url we can get this information from our analytics tool. After reading Mike’s answer, I believe I found my answer and understand that this is not a problem, but if anyone have other comments then please respond. Thanks!
