When was your last crawl date in Google Webmaster Tools/Search Console? It may be that your site was crawled with some kind of problem with the robots.txt and hasn't been re-crawled since.

be careful with that. dont fall for site that promise to get you links or have your site listed in their directory or submit. do a through check like security and whether the site hasnt been blacklisted by google or maybe the site look to spammy google punish site with trust issues especially when you are linked to malicious sites

Hi Falguni, This is a very broad question. To get started, though, I would recommend 1) studying Moz's free beginner's guide to SEO; and 2) installing Yoast's SEO plugin (as you have a Wordpress site). I hope that helps! Christy
