Please, help me to understand these Google results
Thank you Peter, yes, we are aware of that and are working in some way to consolidate multiple versions of the same piece of music via canonical tags. I also think that's the only way to go for us. Thank you again for your insights!

Weekly traffic from Google: How do you explain this?
My experience is the average to the public e-commerce sites are that, but other like b2b sites mid week is busier, but mostly all are quieter at the weekend. But granted that different sectors will be.... different

Does having shorter URLs help with rankings?
That's a great idea Dana, thank you for the suggestion. I will try that with some of our less performing category pages, then I'll post the results here. Thank you again! Best, Fabrizio

Can too many "noindex" pages compared to "index" pages be a problem?
Julian, we sell digital sheet music and the additional 100,000 are products from Alfred music publishing company. Of course they will not be "high quality pages", but they are product pages, each one offering a piece of music. We are an e-commerce website, how can we avoid having product pages?! But of course, as Wesley said above, we can improve each product page quality content by giving more/custom information for each product, increasing user reviews, etc. Other suggestions?

How do you explain this in this Keyword Difficulty Report?
Thank you Wesley for your comment on the other thread about the Panda. We have decided to put back all the pages in the index and in the meantime try to differentiate and thick them more. Our traffic was down too much as well as our business was suffering too much that we couldn't keep up. As for the bounce rate, that is pretty much from all our sources. Direct traffic has actually an higher bounce rate right now (58%), and used to be better in the past (38% in 2009), but on the Google side it is now 46.33% whereas used to be 57% in 2009. Referral traffic is about 50% bounce rate and used to be worse in 2009 at 53%. Please, note that in 2009 our business was going great. 2009 was the best year ever and we always take it as the reference the reference year. I am aware that we need to get that down furthermore, but it is hard to understand how to do it. If I look at our website, I don't see anything misleading or anything for which users can be scared away, but maybe I need someone that can think more "out of the box". I really appreciate your help and brainstorming! All the best,

Are prices shown in search results good for e-commerce sites?
Thank you guys, I agree with you and I think I have to remove the prices from the structured data. Our prices are not really "lower" than competition because our music is very high quality, and quality must be paid. So, I think it is not good for us to have pricing display, and you gave me confirmation to this doubt. Now: do you think it is easy to remove the pricing from Google results just as removing the structured information from our product pages? Is there any other way (or additional way) to tell Google "We don't want you to show our prices?". I also read that Google may associate natural search results with Merchant Center datafeed (we are on there), and if that's the case how to solve it? Thank you again.
