Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here! Unfortunately, there's no way to use modifiers in your searches in Keyword Explorer to see results for, for example, "Apple and Oranges" but not "Kiwi." The tool is looking for exact matches for the keywords you enter, and it doesn't have any sense of modifiers to exclude or include different terms. The best thing to do would be to search for your keywords and then simply group keyword suggestions by high lexical similarity to the terms you've entered, or exclude your search terms for broader results. Sorry we don't have more sophisticated filters in Keyword Explorer just yet!
