What evidence is that based on John?

• Nobody uses my iPad and I haven't changed any preferences
• I never really look at the bbc sport page that it suggests, if I do look at the bbc site it will be the football section and my search would be for "bbc football"
• Many of the sites that I visit regularly never get suggested

I don't seem to be able to find out much information on this one. Safari often shows a suggested website as you start typing a query into the browser.

I've uploaded a screenshot to help show what I mean.

Sounds like you have a list of issues to fix either way

I have noticed this problem over the past few days too. If I search in Chrome there are no author pics, but if I perform the same search in Firefox they appear. I'm not going to change anything, I don't think this is anything which requires a fix.

Sorry if this wasn't clear.. there is a different version of the header which is pulled in for the mobile version. The structure and contents of the desktop header was too complicated to use on a mobile, the client didn't want to amend the design of the desktop site. Only the header section is different, everything else is the same code.

We have recently made a website I work on responsive. This involved taking their original desktop site and then making it work on mobiles/tablets. Due to the nature of their existing header we are serving a different version to mobiles/tablets.

Do the schema tags which are on the desktop header need to be added to the mobile version or are they just needed on the desktop code?

What content is picked up when you use the testing tool?

I am trying to understand how I can use SEOMOZ to ascertain the volume of visitors a competitor will achieve either daily, weekly or monthly.

I've been looking at a site in GWT and the number of indexed urls is very low when compared with the number or submitted urls on the xml sitemaps.

The site has several stores which are all submitted using different sitemaps.

When you perform a search in Google, eg

site:domain.com/store1

site:domain.com/store2

site:domain.com/store3

The results are similar to the webmaster urls.

However, looking in the analytics for landing pages used for organic traffic from Google shows a much higher number of pages.

If these pages aren't indexed as reported in GMT, how could they be found in the results and be recorded as landing pages?

I've been looking at a site which has a strange ranking/indexing issue.

The website has several translated versions of the site for different languages and these translated pages seem to be outranking the UK pages in the UK search results.

All of the translated pages are in sub folders, eg

domain.com

domain.com/fr

domain.com/sv

domain.com/it

domain.com/es

I cant work out how or why Google would see these pages with non english content as more relevant than the UK pages?

One thing I did notice is that there are no meta language tags on there. Could this be the issue?

Is it possible to delete an audience in an AdWords Account? I have just been looking at someones account who have around 2000 set up that aren't needed.

They are also submitted to GWT. When I add a new post, the urls show up as being submitted but they dont get indexed

Has anyone noticed any increases in the length of time it takes for WP posts to get indexed by Google?

I have a website with the following:

domain.com - CMS with lots of pages/content

blog.domain.com - subdomain for the blog using WP

It's odd.. the pages on the main site are indexed almost immediately. The posts on the blog are taking between 2-5 days.

The blog posts are all unique content, here's an example of a recent one:

blog.looksfishy.co.uk/2013/three-rivers-angling/

Is there a way to test if the Google Tag Manager is set up correctly? Am I right in thinking that the only code that will be output on the page will be the actual embed code, eg:

Cant work out if there is an issue with what has been set in the account of if there is a problem with how the code has been added to the page..
