Ryan, Think of it as a pyramid where the best content is at the very top and all the supporting content is linking upward to the one page the one page you will want Google to rank you best on. Google will really only give you in most cases. So when you write several articles targeting the same keyword phrase. You will want the cornerstone article as the one Google will find the most attractive because all the other articles link to it. Example Corner Stone: 51 Tips On How to Build a Great SEO Plan A. How to Build a Great Header B. How to Build a Great Footer C. What is a Good UI/UX Supporting topics like a A, B, and C you could link to the "51 Tips On How to Build a Great SEO Plan" telling Google this is more important to take into consideration then the A, B, and C. articles. The frustrating part of this is that we're doing things the same across the board.  Everything else flourishes, except this.  Other keywords for this page are sex addiction help, sex addiction treatment, porn addiction, internet porn addiction, sex addiction symptoms. I agree that the competition is tough.  I think the algorithm changes since May of last year have been our demise.  We used to be on page one!
