I don't know of any plans to resurface that tool but I would encourage you check the feature request forum here: https://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-Moz-Feature-Requests for any updated information as new things get developed. Hi David, The Term Extractor has been disabled a couple of times and according to some other threads in the forum: http://moz.com/community/q/do-you-want-seomoz-to-bring-back-their-term-extractor-tool there have been a couple of requests to bring it back. In Google Adwords there is a tool itself to see which keywords from the page are important for Google. You should check it out, it could be a good replacement for your needs. Cheers.
