HELP: Wrong domain showing up in Google Search
Yep, Sanket is right. You want to have your developer set up a 301 redirect from ntutility.com to your new site. If he can't do this, you may want to get a new developer :). Someone on oDesk should be able to do this pretty easily for you. If this is a domain migration - and it sounds like it is - you want to be sure not to simply redirect everything to the homepage.
