In the case of the Facebook page, it looks like it's not being included in your Moz Local listing because the name on the page isn't a match to the Google+ page which was used to validate your listing. If you were able to change the Facebook name from Detroit Deluxe to Detroit Deluxe Paint Body and Car Restoration, then you should see it included within your listing report. I'm sorry that you're feeling frustrated with the process. As far as the functionality of the system goes, the general timeframe for updating listings can occur in as little as a day or so, but some of our partners can take up to 8-12 weeks to be fully updated.
