Hey there! Sam from Moz's Help Team here! Which Rankings reports were you referring to? If you mean the weekly rankings reports, those from this point on will only include your current keywords - not the ones you've removed. If you're asking about Custom Reports, you'll just want to head into your Custom Report and check that the timeframe for the rankings module has been adjusted to exclude those recently removed keywords. For instance, set the timeframe to 'Last week'. If you leave it at 'Last month' (or something of the sort) for now, you'll still have results for the older keywords until a full month has passed and your campaign has been running for a new month only including the newer keywords.
