Thank you for answering and so quickly.

Our rankings have gone down over the last 6 - 9 months and continue to do so.  I need someone to review our site and give me a list of things I can change now to get it back on track.  We were number one/two for hundreds of terms and now we cannot even be found for some.

After using site explorer I noticed my companys links for bbb.org are not included.  They are for our competitors but not us.  Anyone know why?
