Does Moz provide consulting services?

Our rankings have gone down over the last 6 - 9 months and continue to do so.  I need someone to review our site and give me a list of things I can change now to get it back on track.  We were number one/two for hundreds of terms and now we cannot even be found for some.

rest you can use pro tools to identify site internal errors and also audit the link quality which is posing the issue
