I checked out the site, and the domain authority is not all that high, but what bothered me the most is that the page is full of links. I always try to obtain content links from sites that are not full of links.
Since you stated that your site does not have that many links, I would probably not worry about disavowing them, but I would concentrate on getting better links moving forward.
