Hi Carmelo, I'm so sorry about this. Are you now able to connect?

Hi Jimmy, is this working for you now? If not, are you able to give other community members the "thumbs up"?
Thanks for the update, Jimmy. Good deal.
Hi there, and thanks for your question! First off, I would like to clarify a couple of things:
Are you using Google Apps for email hosting, or are you forwarding your "back office" email address to info@ourcompany.ni?
There are a few ways that gmail can help you use Google+ more successfully. What exactly do you mean by the "Google+ email contact bias"? (I just want to make sure we are on the same page before proceeding.)

Hi Claudio, you've received some great tips here. Did any responses help answer your question? If so, please mark them as "good answers". Either way, we'd love an update. Thanks!
Christy
Hi China, thanks for your question! Did you see David's response? Please let us know either way, thanks.

Hi Jimmy, Paul left a great response. Did it answer your question? If so, please mark it as a "good answer". Either way, we'd love an update on your situation. Thanks!

Hi Jess, you are using the correct dimensions (which are listed at the link posted by Trenton above):
Smallest size: 480x270 pixels
Largest Size: 2120x1192 pixels
Are you able to post a couple of links to these pages so I can get a true picture of what is going on? (Or links to blurred out, screenshots, mockups, etc if privacy is a concern.) Or has this issue been resolved? Would love an update, thanks!
Christy
Hi Vadim, yes, Google Drive provides 15GB of free storage. Thanks for catching my typo, and for your many contributions to the Moz community. I appreciate it.
Hi Brad, thanks for your question! Google Drive offers up to 15MG 15GB free storage (per account, shared with gmail and Google Plus). You can upload your entire "pics" folder to a new public folder of the same name on Google Drive, but this will create long, messy URLs. Does the business already own a domain? If so, you could create a subdomain and redirect it the public folder to create clean URLs for your images. Let me know if this is feasible for your situation or not.
Christy
Hi Morris, I am not seeing any issues, either. Please confirm whether or not this has been resolved, thanks!

Hi Joni,
Thanks for the update. It looks like you can do this. Unfortunately, the catch is that you have to take action within 14 days of linking your YouTube account to Google+ (see https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/3056283?hl=en&ref_topic=3097177). As you said, Google+ is constantly making changes, and you are certainly not the only person out there with this problem. In the meantime, I would contact Google about your situation via the form on this page - https://support.google.com/youtube/contact/ytgplus. Make sure to use the email address associated with your YouTube account, and please keep us posted. Best of luck!
Hi Joni, did that work for you? We'd love a status update. Thanks!
Christy
Glad to hear it, Chris, and welcome to the community!
Hi Dana, did either of these responses help? What did you end up settling on? We'd love an update! Thanks.
Christy
Hi there! If you are looking for a consultant or agency, you should definitely check out the official list of Moz recommended companies Michael mentioned. If you are seeking to fill an in-house SEO role, you may want to consider posting the job listing on Inbound.org - http://inbound.org/jobs. Best of luck!

Hi Gareth and David, were ya'll able to figure this out?
Great news, Andrea! Thanks for the update.
Hi Andrea,
According to documentation on http://www.xml-sitemaps.com, it sounds like you are good to go. To be sure, though, why not send the provider an email, or post your question in their forum? They seem to be very responsive to user questions like yours. Best of luck!
Christy
Hi there, Paul and Kevin asked a great question. Did you see their responses? If you can give us some more details, we would love to help.
