Hi Chris! This is Megan from the SEOmoz Help Team.  The On-Page Report Card within a campaign will show you the same information because the on-page report is cached and rerun weekly by design. Unfortunately, this means that you won't be able to see an updated report outside of the weekly scheduled report updates.
