Thanks for reaching out to us!  I am sorry to hear that you had to explain the way our data appears.  You are correct in that our universal rankings does not show your result's "rankings" visually on Google.  The reason we classify them this way is because this is inline with Google's policy regarding video results, more specifically if they appear in a 3 pack then we will not consider them as "organic."  Although it is completely understandable that visually it is every bit as "organic" as it can appear.  We have taken steps to list those universal rankings by giving them a "between x and y natural results" as a way of showing their results visually. With that said we really appreciate feedback and feature requests; they help us decide what parts of our software development to prioritize.
