Hi Fred, Great question! What can happen if you start a campaign using the same domain as another of your campaigns, it could potentially use a cached crawl if it's within a few days. You should see the crawl diagnostic reflect your changes on the next crawl. If you have any specific questions, we'd be happy to answer them.
