Website Redesign - Duplicate Content?
Hi Camilo, thanks for the clarification. As this content wil not be available anymore on the "old" pages it will only exist on the newly created blog pages there will be no duplicate content issues. These newly created blog pages with the content removed from "old" pages will start from scratch for ranking. and the "old" pages could loose some ranking because you reduced the onpage ranking. This is not per se bad as it is part of your strategy to improve on conversions (which should be the most important kpi anyway). You could help these new blog pages a bit by linking to them from the "old" page.

Bounce Rate Spike Overnight - Did anyone else notice this?
Like Jono mentioned, check your referral traffic. I would recommend going into your analytics account, and segmenting by all sessions/organic/referral/direct to really see what is causing the high bounce rate. If it's referral traffic it's most likely referral spam. There are some good tools out there and filters to help get rid of that garbage and true up your numbers a bit more.

Website Redesign - What to do with old 301 URLs?
your redirects has to be in your server if not it'd be hard to manage that by yourself. What you ahve to be sure is how those redirects have been done. If they're on a dedicated HTACCESS, then it would be fine as, like you said, you'll ba mainitainig hte exact same URL structure, but if they're maintained by a WP plulgin or JS, be sure to not ovverwrite it, or if you want to get rid of it, export your rules and rewrite them on your htaccess.

Help with Best Content Posting Approach - WordPress site
Would it be possible to write an overview or introduction to the chart, and talk about the concepts and a) give context to the reader and make it easier for the reader to understand and b) give information to the search engines too?

Search engines preferred content posting schedule?
Thanks Chris. This makes sense, I do have a combination of both, content relevancy to attract search traffic, and highly informative traffic that should be shared for homeowners knowledge. I now know which to unload now at once and which to release over time.

Need help linking Youtube account to Google+ profile? (please read description, thank you)
This is the link you're looking for http://youtubecreator.blogspot.co.uk/2013/04/using-google-page-identity-on-youtube.html It's a bit convoluted, but it does work. First step is getting the YouTube account added as a "Manager" of the Company G+ account

How should I create my site map from the mess my previous SEO company left us with?
Thank you Tom for taking time to respond. Your thoughts are exactly what I was considering (UX and crawlers) I was second guessing myself having to change 95% of my URLs (using 301 of course) but this seems like the best logical solution.

/index.php/ What is its purpose and does it hurt SEO?
I have seen IIS servers usually throwing in index.php in the urls ( while working on wordpress sites ) . It's best to talk to your hosting company about it, they will have a good idea why this is the case. Usually you will have to edit the web.config file to rewrite the urls without index.php in them. Again this would depend a lot on your server configuration and the CMS you are using , best to ask your host.

Our hired SEO company is selling us duplicate content. What is the best practical approach?
Thank you Charles. I agree, sadly, I have found other clients of our current SEO company that have our copied word for word blogs. Its clearly verified as both of our websites have the same link to the same SEO company on our footers. I will keep you all posted once we deal with this issue in the next few days.
