Hi there, The Link Explorer tool is primarily for tracking external, or inbound links. You can read more about this tool here: https://moz.com/help/link-explorer ​ You can use Site Crawl to find out more detailed data on your internal links and and if you export your CSV you will be able to see all the pages we have crawled. ​ At the moment it's not possible to export internal comparative link data form Link Explorer However, Xenu or Search Console (Webmaster Tools) may support this function. ​If there is anything else I can help you with please do let me know!
