Are moz analytics now redundant ?
Yeah, I'll have a look, thanks. The problem is this, I manage over 100 sites, 2 have received the dreaded warning - they have a small amount of spam I admit, others have more. None of the sites I manage have even 30% links spam. Simply impossible to know what google considers spam. I guess that means it has to be 100% white hat, but we all know that many will continue to test the boundaries, and do it successfully> Point is, the rules of the game have never been clear, and personally, i think there's a big ppc agenda at google.

Blog problems
Thanks that's helpful, I don't normally have dupe content so will check but dupe content doesn't usually mean de-listing in my experience. when you say similar template, my sites are on standard w/p 2011, what's wrong with that, thousands of sites like that .... Still doesn't add up to me ...other sites with lots more content and definitely original also effected - your comments on http://www.courtservices.org.uk/ would really be appreciated. Thanks for your input so far also.

Problems with OSE downloads
No problem! I'm so sorry for the inconvenience! I just pushed the remaining pending reports through, so I think you should be set, but if you continue to run into any problems, just let me know!

New OSE
Hi! It is a result of the OSE update. Rand talks about it a little in the blog post at http://www.seomoz.org/blog/brand-new-open-site-explorer-is-here when he says: In addition to all the amazing new features in Open Site Explorer, Linkscape's index just updated using a new infrastructure that's allowed us to crawl much deeper on large, important sites. For many pages/domains, this will mean an increase in the total number of links we report, but likely a lower count of linking domains (unless you've gained a lot of links in late June/July) since we're excluding many domains that are low-quality/not-well-linked-to. We'd love your feedback on this index, as it's the first one of its kind, and will continue to see tweaks/improvements over the next few updates.
