Hi, Can you just confirm the language. Search query - do you mean Google Webmaster tools/search console Search analytics - are you using Google analytics? I would expect most of the keywords data in GA to be missing due to not provided. Can you give me some more details? Craig

Local Citations
Hi There! What you need to do for a multi location scenario is have a unique Google+ Local page for each location. Whether you use the social features on these or not is up to the company. Will Scott recently wrote a really good and simple explanation of the different types of Google pages here: http://searchengineland.com/how-to-get-google-my-business-right-for-your-medical-practice-practitioners-212768 I think you if read the above, you'll be able to get a good strategy together for managing your social/local presence with the right types of Google pages. Hope this helps!

Are these sites spammy links or should I just let it go?
Start putting your disavow file together. And where are you getting your list of those links from?

Credit Links on Client Websites
I would look more for a site that has a squeaky-clean profile of its own (both in terms of its inbound and outbound links), has an appropriate page to link to you from and (for extra credit) is perhaps marginally related to your business (also in tech, for instance), rather than go on its numbers and try to shoe-horn a link in there, if that makes sense.

Keyword/Content Consistency
I would mix it up a bit. Don't try for a percentage though, just go with it. Search for "wifi" and note that the top result is wikipedia, and they use Wi-Fi in the title tag and yet it is still bolded. This is why I say SEs see them as the same words. If it makes sense to pepper the different uses, and both are grammatically correct, go for it. Just don't waste a lot of time doing it as I don't think the returns are great enough.

Link Farming
I believe there is a significant difference between a link farm and a directory. And although there are likely going to be differences in how everyone views the two, the basic differences to me are: Link Farms: -No editorial discretion in who is linked to -No editorial discretion in how one is linked to -Often generally require a return link or triangular link -Free for all approach to posting a link -Often no real review process in terms of quality -Do not have clearly defined guidelines for the process -Allow you to link in any way you want (link anchor) -Do not have content and promotional guidelines for content -Created specifically to manipulate SERPs via surgical text link manipulation Quality Directories (I believe there are about 15 total of these on the Internet myself) -Editorial discretion in who is linked to -Editorial discretion in how one is linked to -do not require any link to be listed -Review process in terms of quality -Have clearly defined guidelines for the process -Link to you as a business -Have content and promotional guidelines for content -Created to provide value to searchers I would stay away from link farms to be sure.

High PR vs Low PR and Relative
They are both good links, just saying is there a big difference between related content and non-related content. Has nothing to do with link farms or anything. Both are good sites.

Text to HTML Ratio
I agree with both but even so, it's not nice to cut a metric from tools if it's not wrong info, cause people who can comprehend the difference could deal with that.

Keywords
Hi blackrino, As mentioned, to optimize keywords on your website it is recommended to use the keywords in the first 100 words of text on the site. More importantly, ensure the keywords are also utilized in the meta tags (title, description, and alt attribute) in your page source; this way, the text is easier for Google crawlers to read. Make sure the location of your business is notable on the landing page; you do not need to stuff the page with the exact keywords, but you can mention location more than once if necessary. As well, feel free to list your business address on the main page, and be sure to add your business to Google Places if you haven’t already.
