This is weird. Why would you want an iFramed version of a website..? Also, what difference does it make where the employees email addresses reside? They could be at dogsled.com for all anybody cares! I agree with Chris yet again. 301 that bad boy and be done with it. REL=CANONICAL does NOT pass link juice. So definitely don't use that as a fix. It would help with the duplicate content issue and prevent any Panda penalties, but a 301 would do that while passing link juice... Maybe you could elaborate on why a 301 is out of the question?

As per the info you sent via PM... this has managed to be taken care of via GMM (google map maker) at least for now. Some GMM pros marked the 'other' 2 listings as duplicate of the first, official listing. I see that the editors/reviewers first changed the addresses of the offending POIs (point of interest) to match the original listing... and also added extra phone numbers into the original listing (to help show Google that it is all the same business.) Search again... and you'll most likely find that the dealership only has one G+ Local Page appearing. don't forget plural "florists" if your site is targeting just clearwater then it should be spread out across the site and not just on one page. These are too many variations to have on one page BTW. it would look like spamming and not good for readability.
