I looked into your site, and I'm guessing that the reason we're only pulling 10 internal links into the index is because your site has javascript. OSE has always had a heck of a time crawling past javascript, which would explain why you aren't seeing more links. I agree with Pixelbypixel in that it's good to compare with Majestic and Ahrefs.
